Successful applicants must be available to participate in a full time paid five-week training course commencing Monday 28 August 2023. The SA Police Call Centre plays a role in ensuring that police, emergency services, partner agencies, and the community remain safe during emergencies and major events.
As a Call Centre consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact, responding to 131 444 calls for police assistance and Crime Stoppers calls, and taking various police reports. Occasionally, you’ll also respond to Triple Zero (000) emergency calls and arrange policing responses.
