Work-life balance

Working at SA Police enables you to achieve a healthy work-life balance, and we offer a range of flexible working arrangements to support you, including:

You’ll work a standard working week of 37.5 hours and receive four weeks recreational leave each year (and 17.5% leave loading), sick leave and long-service leave entitlements. We’ll also pay you penalty rates if your role involves shift work.
