Police have spotted a drink driver grabbing a bite to eat at a fast food outlet in Port Lincoln.
At 1.28 am, Saturday 20 April police observed a driver exiting a fast food outlet on Liverpool Street and stopped the driver a short distance away.
The driver, a 36-year-old Coffin Bay man submitted to a breath test and allegedly returned a positive result of 0.182, over three times the legal limit.
Police reported the man for drink driving and will be summonsed to attend court at a later date.
