Truck crash Jupiter Creek

About 11.40am on Monday 3 August, police responded to reports of a crash on Pocock Road after a garbage truck crashed into a tree.

The truck driver was trapped in the crushed cab and needed to be extricated by CFS crews.

The driver, a 63-year-old man from Mannum, was airlifted to hospital for treatment. His injuries are not considered life threatening at this time.

Pocock Road was closed while police investigated the crash but has since been reopened.
