Sexual assault charges Elizabeth Park

The offence is alleged to have occurred at an Elizabeth Park home on Friday 19 April. Following an investigation Northern District Detectives arrested a 62-year-old man on Saturday 20 April and charged him with rape, gross indecency and unlawful sexual intercourse with a person under 14 years of age.

The man appeared before the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on Monday 22 April where he was remanded to reappear at the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 30 July.
