Drink-driver crashes at Salisbury Plain

A driver has lost her licence after being caught drink-driving at Salisbury Plain.

Just after 1.20am today (Saturday 13 April), police and emergency services were called to Main North Road after reports that a Ford station wagon had hit a parked car and then rolled.

The driver, a 27-year-old woman from Brahma Lodge was not injured and underwent a breath test, returning a positive reading of 0.132.

She was reported for drink-driving, issued a six-month immediate loss of licence notice and will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
