A suspected drink-driver has escaped injury after he crashed into a house at Eyre this morning.
It will be alleged that just before 1am today (Sunday 14 April), police and emergency services were called to Stebonheath Road after reports that a Nissan Patrol had collided with three parked cars, before crashing into a house.
There were no injuries.
Police directed the driver to exit his car and he was taken to Elizabeth Police Station where he refused to undergo a breath test.
The 30-year-old Andrews Farm man was reported for driving under the influence and aggravated driving without due care.
He was issued a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and he will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
