Police investigate a theft at Coober Pedy

Between 12pm on Saturday 11 July and 12pm on Monday 13 July suspects have entered a property near North West Ridge Road and stole a large custom built trailer mounted generator from an opal mining claim.

As a result of an investigation the generator was located nearby and returned to the victim.

Investigations into the theft are continuing.
