A P-plate driver was fined after a two-car crash at Flinders Park this morning.

The collision occurred at the intersection of Grange Road and Frobisher Avenue, Flinders Park about 5.15am on Sunday 5 July.

One of the drivers, a 21-year-old Valley View woman, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.04.  She was issued with an expiation notice for exceeding the alcohol limit for a P-plate driver, breaching the conditions of her licence and failing to give way, resulting in the loss of her licence.
