A woman was arrested after a serious assault at Findon last night.
At 6pm on Saturday 20 June, emergency services were called to a unit on Noblet Street after reports a person had been stabbed.
When police arrived, they located a 42-year-old woman with a stab wound to her chest. She was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
A 22-year-old woman from Findon was located at the scene and arrested.
She was charged with assault causing serious harm and refused bail to appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on Monday.
Police advise the matter is not random with all parties known to each other.
