A drink driver has been stopped by patrols while driving without a licence.
Just after 4.40am on Saturday 3 October, patrols were on Mortimer Street at Kurralta Park when they stopped a grey sedan and submitted the driver to a breath test.
It will be alleged the 32-year-old Magill man returned a positive reading of 0.118, more than twice the legal limit. Further checks revealed the driver was disqualified from driving.
He was reported for drink driving and driving while disqualified, and was issued with an immediate six-month loss of licence. He will be summonsed to appear in the Magistrates Court at a later date.
