Police detected a P-plater drink driving at Payneham last night.
Police pulled over a vehicle on Payneham Road, Payneham just before 11.45pm on Monday 28 September for a mobile driver test.
The driver, a 44-year-old Morphett Vale woman, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.045. As she currently holds a probationary licence, she must have zero alcohol (0.00).
Also of concern to police, there was a child in the car at the time.
The driver was reported for drink driving, breaching the conditions of her probationary licence and drink driving with a child under 16 in the car.
She will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
