Drink driver caught in the CBD

A man has lost his licence and car after being stopped drink driving.
About 2.50am today, Tuesday 11 August police spotted a Volkswagen sedan driving erratically on Franklin Street in the CBD.
Police stopped the sedan on Waymouth street and submitted the driver a 23-year-old man from Adelaide to a driver test where it will be alleged he returned a positive result of 0.111.
The driver was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month instant loss of licence notice and the car was impounded for 28-days.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
