Drink driver caught at Brahma Lodge

A man has been reported for drink driving and driving disqualified in the Northern suburbs.

About 11.30pm on Monday 10 August, police saw a Mitsubishi Station wagon on Park Terrace. Checks on the Mitsubishi showed that it was unregistered.

Police stopped the car and submitted the driver a 40-year-old man from Angaston to a driver test where it will be alleged he returned a positive result of 0.103.

Checks on the drivers Queensland permit showed that he was currently disqualified.

The driver was reported for driving whilst disqualified and drink driving with children present.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
