Drink driver crashes car at Oaklands Park

Just after 3am Saturday 9 May police attended Crozier Terrace after reports a Honda sedan had crashed into a MG sedan parked on the side of the road.

Patrols located the driver of the Honda nearby and he was breath tested allegedly returning a result of 0.108, twice the legal limit.

The driver, a 22-year-old man from Darlington was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month instant loss of licence and will be summoned to attend court at a later date.
