Driver fined after crash at Mount Gambier

A driver has been fined after a crash at Mount Gambier last night.

Police and emergency services attended the intersection of Jubilee Highway East and Crouch Street North about 8.30pm on Tuesday 9 April after reports of a two-vehicle crash.

A Holden station wagon and a Kawasaki motorcycle collided at the intersection.  The motorcyclist, an 18-year-old Mount Gambier man, was taken to the local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver, a 23-year-old Mount Gambier woman, was not injured in the crash and was issued with an expiation notice for failing to give way.
