Drink driver Mount Gambier

Just before 3am Thursday 1 May, Mount Gambier patrols stopped a Ute on Suttontown Road, Mount Gambier. The driver was submitted to a breath test and returned a result of 0.161.

The driver, a 41-year-old man from Victoria was reported for drink driving and will be summonsed to court at a later date. The driver’s licence was disqualified on the spot for 12 months and his vehicle was impounded for 28 days.
