Shadow patrol intercepts drink driver at Seaford

The patrol spotted the Toyota sedan driving erratically on Griffiths Drive, Seaford just before 9.30pm on Tuesday 14 July.

The driver, a 59-year-old Seaford Heights man, initially complied with a roadside driver test, however, it will be alleged that he failed to comply with further breath analysis.

He was reported for driving while under the influence and fail to comply with breath analysis.

He was issued with a 12-month instant loss of licence, and his vehicle was impounded for 28 days.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
