A drink driver cut off a police car at Port Lincoln on Friday night.
About 11pm on Friday 24 July, police were patrolling along Liverpool Street, Port Lincoln when a parked ute commenced a u-turn across the path of the police car.
Police pulled the ute over and the driver, a 30-year-old Port Lincoln man, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.130.
He was reported for drink driving and driving without due care and issued with a six-month instant loss of licence. He will be summonsed to appear in the Port Lincoln Magistrates Court at a later date.
