Police are investigating after a car was driven onto tram tracks at Goodwood overnight.

Police located the car abandoned on the tracks and Goodwood Road was temporarily closed between Leader Street and the tram crossing while the vehicle was removed.
The car was towed from the tracks shortly after 1am, allowing traffic and tram services to resume.
Investigations are continuing to identify the driver and determine how the vehicle came to be on the tram tracks.
