Police investigating crash at Evanston Park

Just before 11.30pm Wednesday 14 May, police and emergency services were called to Main North Road, Evanston Park after reports a car had rolled and hit a stobie pole. The driver a 42-year-old man from Evanston South, was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries while utilities crews worked to repair downed powerlines and restore power to nearby homes. The significantly damaged red Honda sedan was towed from the scene.
