Driver injured in two-car crash at Two Wells

Police are investigating after a driver was injured in a crash on Port Wakefield Highway this morning.

About 7.15am Friday 16 May, police and emergency services attended a two-car crash on Port Wakefield Highway, near the intersection with Brooks Road.

The driver of a Toyota hatch, a 24-year-old man from Salisbury North, suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to hospital.

The driver of a Ford ute, an 18-year-old boy from the Adelaide Plains, was assessed as having minor injuries.

Port Wakefield Highway was closed for a short time while the vehicles were towed from the scene.

The investigation into the circumstances of the crash in ongoing.
