Officers from Murray Bridge Police Station joined representatives from Headspace Murray Bridge on Wednesday 19 August to support Murray Bridge High School's annual Bullying No Way Week lunch.
Police and Headspace staff assisted students by preparing and serving food as part of the event, which recognises Australia's key bullying prevention initiative for schools.
The visit provided a valuable opportunity for police to engage with students and the wider school community, while encouraging meaningful conversations about the impact bullying can have on individuals, families and communities.
SAPOL is committed to working with local schools and community partners to promote respectful relationships, strengthen community connections and help create safer environments for young people.
