A man has lost his motorcycle and licence after being stopped by police.
About 1.50am today Monday 24 August, police were travelling on the Copper Coast Highway when they stopped a Harley Davidson motorcycle.
The rider allegedly returned a positive roadside breath test.
The rider a 58-year-old man was taken to Kadina Police Station for a breath analysis test where it will be alleged he refused to submit to the breath analysis.
The rider was reported for failing to submit to a breath analysis test, issued a 12-month instant loss of licence notice and the motorcycle was impounded for 28-days.
He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
