Trespasser arrested at Thebarton

About 8.45am today police were called to a property on Ballantyne Street after the home occupier was alerted by CCTV to an unknown suspect at the property.

The reporting person provided police with timely updates until police arrived locating the suspect.

The 56-year-old man from Adelaide was arrested and charged with unlawfully on premises, theft, possess article to commit offence and carry an offensive weapon.

His bail is yet to be determined.
