Pedestrian hit at West Lakes

A man has been taken to hospital after a serious crash at West Lakes this evening.

At 6pm Saturday 4 May emergency services were called to Frederick Road after reports a pedestrian had been struck by a car.

The pedestrian, a 21-year-old Seaton man, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.

The driver of the car, a 77-year-old Grange man, was taken to hospital as a precaution.

The car was towed from the scene.
