A man with a suspended license was stopped by police last night.
Just after 7pm on Monday 25 August, police stopped a Mazda station wagon on Eastern Parade for a driver test.
It will be alleged the driver, a 49-year-old man from Royal Park, provided a positive result and checks showed his license had been suspended. The driver was directed to provide another sample of breath for analysis but he failed to comply.
He was reported for failing to comply with a breath analysis and issued with a further 12-month immediate loss of licence.
He will be summonsed to attend court at a later date.
