Fatal crash Lonsdale Road, Hallett Cove

A car and motorcyclist collided about 2.20pm on Tuesday 20 May on Lonsdale Road, near The Cove Road.

Sadly, despite the efforts of paramedics, the motorcyclist, a 58-year-old Sheidow Park man, died at the scene.

The driver of the car, a 76-year-old Hallett Cove man, also sustained injuries in the crash and was taken to hospital.

Major Crash investigators attended and examined the scene.

The rider is the 34th life lost on South Australian roads so far this year.
