Update: Serious crash at Elizabeth Vale

Just after 10am today (Wednesday 5 August), police were called to a crash on Main North Road, Elizabeth Vale involving a Holden sedan and a Kenworth truck.

The driver and sole occupant of the sedan, a 71-year-old man from Brahma Lodge was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The driver and sole occupant of the truck, a 37-year-old man from Victoria was uninjured.

Traffic restrictions remained in place until the scene was cleared.

Major Crash Investigation Section were advised.
