Disqualified Drink Driver at Davoren Park

The driver of the Holden Cruze, a 28-year-old man from Enfield was submitted to a breath test and returned a positive result of .258, over five times the legal limit

Checks revealed the driver was disqualified from driving.

The man was reported for drink driving and driving disqualified, he was issued with a further licence disqualification notice and his car was impounded for 28 days.

He will be summonsed to court at a later date.
