Stolen cars recovered at Millicent

Limestone Coast Police attended a property at Fifth Street, Millicent about 9am this morning (Monday 19 May) and discovered two stolen cars in the back yard of the property.

The recovered vehicles are a Mitsubishi ute which was reported stolen from Kalangadoo on 17 May and a Toyota 4WD that was stolen from Portland, Victoria on 13 May.

Two people at the property, a 37-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman, were arrested charged with two counts of illegal use.  They were refused police bail and will appear in the Mount Gambier Magistrates Court tomorrow, Tuesday 20 May.
