Serious crash at Milang

A woman was seriously injured in a crash at Milang this afternoon.

Police and emergency services were called to Finniss Milang Road, about 4km west of the Milang township, just after 4.20pm on Monday 10 August, following reports that an LDV ute had collided with a tree and rolled.

The driver, a 59-year-old woman from the Fleurieu Peninsula, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital for treatment.

Her passenger, a 57-year-old man from the Murraylands, was also injured and transported to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.
