Update - Fatal Crash at Keyneton

About 3.50pm on Wednesday 1 May, police were called to Stott Highway, Keyneton after reports of a car that crashed into a tree.

Sadly, the driver and sole occupant of the Mazda sedan, a 49-year-old man from Para Hills West died at the scene.

Major Crash investigators attended and are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Scott Highway was closed for several hours and reopened at 11.15pm.

The man's death is the 32nd life lost on South Australian roads so far this year.
