Bomber busts breakers at Salisbury

Northern District patrols were called to a business premises on York Terrace, Salisbury, just before 6.30am on Sunday 27 September following reports of an alarm activation.

The owner of the business reported seeing people on CCTV allegedly loading tools into bins inside the premises.

Patrols quickly attended and cordoned the area before Police Dog Bomber and his handler entered the building to conduct a search.

At about 7.30am, PD Bomber located two suspects inside the premises. A 40-year-old Paralowie man and a 36-year-old Modbury North man were arrested without incident.

The pair were charged with serious criminal trespass and theft.

Both men were granted police bail and will appear in the Elizabeth Magistrates Court on 10 November.

Crime Scene Investigators attended the scene and investigations are continuing into the incident.
