Police want to identify pedestrian at Gilberton

Police would like to check the welfare of a pedestrian struck by a car at Gilberton yesterday and ask him to make contact with police.

The collision occurred on Northcote Terrace, Gilberton just after 9am on Tuesday 7 July, near bus stop 8.

The driver stopped and spoke to the pedestrian, who quickly boarded a bus and left the scene.

Police would like to identify him and ensure that he was not injured in the collision.
