UPDATE: Man arrested after CBD assault

It will be alleged that between 3am and 4.25am on Sunday 13 April, a teenage boy reported being assaulted by a man near a carpark in Stephens Place.

The victim did not suffer any serious injuries.

After further investigation, on Tuesday 22 April detectives arrested a 53-year-old man from Seaton and charged him with unlawful sexual intercourse, rape and indecent assault.

He was bailed to appear in the Adelaide Magistrates Court on 9 July.
