Driver arrested for leaving RBT Site

A woman has been arrested after she failed to stop at a RBT station at Holden Hill yesterday.

Just after 3.15pm on Thursday 2 May police were conducting a driver testing station on Kyle Road when they directed a Renault SUV to stop for breath testing.

The driver initially stopped but then drove off at speed onto North East Road prior to testing.

The vehicle was not pursued and later that night police attended at the registered owners address in Athelstone where they arrested the 24-year-old female driver.

She has been charged with disobey direction, drive unlicenced. She was also wanted for two warrants.  She will appear before the Adelaide Magistrates today Friday 3 May.
