A man has been arrested after allegedly stealing items from the yard of a Renown Park home.
Just after midnight on Thursday 8 October, police were called to Bishop Street, Renown Park, following reports that an unknown suspect had entered a property and stolen tools and other items from the yard.
Western District patrols quickly attended the area but were unable to locate the suspect, who was last seen on Bolton Street.
Following investigations, patrols attended an address in Renown Park at about 1.30am, where the suspect was located and arrested without incident.
The 44-year-old man from Renown Park was charged with unlawfully being on premises and theft. He did not apply for police bail and will appear in the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court today.
