Driver dies after crash at Brinkley

A driver has died in hospital following a crash at Brinkley, in the Murraylands, on Monday morning.

Just after 6.30am on Monday 29 June, police and emergency services responded to a single vehicle crash on Brinkley Road, Brinkley involving a Toyota ute.

The driver and sole occupant, a 40-year-old man from Lake Plains, was taken to hospital in a critical condition.

Sadly, he died from his injuries last night.

Major Crash investigators attended the scene on Monday morning to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.

Investigations are continuing.
