Suspicious car fires at Gulfview Heights

About 3.15am on Monday 29 June, police and fire crews were called to reports of van on fire at Santiago Court.

On arrival, patrols located a white Renault van fully alight in the street. Fire crews extinguished the blaze however the vehicle was completely destroyed.

A burnt-out Kia Sorento was also located nearby, believed to have been involved in a crash shortly after the initial fire.

Police believe both fires to be deliberately lit.
