Drug-driver caught in Port Lincoln

A man has lost his licence after being caught driving under the influence of drugs in Port Lincoln.

About 12.20am today (Monday 25 May), police stopped a 30-year-old Port Wakefield man driving on Hallett Place.

He underwent a driver screening test and returned a positive result for methamphetamine.

The man was issued a three-month immediate loss of licence notice and will face further charges depending on the outcome of the drug analysis.
