SAPOL is among 500 exhibitors onsite at the South East Field Days in Lucindale from 15 - 16 March 2024.

Our Corporate Events Unit has coordinated the display and will have the police motorcycle for visitors to the display to have their photograph taken on. The display has members from Firearms Branch, Road Safety School, Cybercrime Section, Neighbourhood Watch, Crime Stoppers SA and Limestone Coast Crime Prevention Section on-hand to answer questions from the community.

The Jazz Band from the Band of the South Australia Police will be performing daily at Fishers Food Court at 10am, 12 noon and 1.30pm. The Jazz Band are much loved by communities across the state for their infectious blend of old-school trad jazz and barbershop inspired vocal harmonies. Providing light hearted entertainment with a virtuosic twist, this group of cheeky, talented musicians is a favourite amongst audiences of all ages.

Running for two days from 8.00 am until 5.00 pm, the South East Field Days are held at Yakka Park, Lucindale. Entry is free for school aged children. The SAPOL display is situated in the Lions Pavilion. If you’re in the vicinity of this iconic event make sure you stop by and say ‘hi’.

This will be the 44th annual South East Field Days with a major focus on agriculture and the future with extensive displays of the latest agriculture machinery and equipment, technology, information and services over a 45-hectare static display site area.

The event program includes fashion parades, working sheep dogs, wool and sheep, guest speaker presentations, quality crafts and general interest products and services. The event provides a wide variety of quality displays and demonstrations designed to be of interest and appeal to both rural and urban families.  The Motorbike Stunt display will be one of the main attractions this year.
