Provisional licence holder caught speeding in Kadina

Just after 6am on Thursday 24 September, Kadina patrols detected an Isuzu D-Max travelling at 139 km/h in a 100 km/h speed zone on the Copper Coast Highway.

Police stopped the vehicle and spoke with the driver, an 18-year-old local man who holds a P2 provisional licence.

He was issued with an expiation notice for exceeding the speed limit and breaching a condition of his provisional licence.
