Youths arrested for fighting at Kilkenny shopping centre

Police have arrested two youths following a disturbance at Kilkenny on Monday.

At about 4pm Monday 22 September, police attended the Arndale Shopping Centre after reports of a disturbance.

On arrival, police spoke with a group of four teenagers in addition to shopping centre staff. The teens were removed from the premises by attending patrols.

Following an investigation into the incident, Western District police arrested a 16-year-old girl from Taperoo and a 14-year-old girl from Largs North on Tuesday 23 September.

The 16-year-old was charged with fighting in a public place, assault and breach of bail and the 14-year-old was charged with two counts of assault and breach of bail.
They were granted police bail to attend the Port Adelaide Youth Court on 13 November.
