Breaker arrested at Cheltenham

Just after 7.15pm Monday 17 November witnesses reported seeing a man on CCTV in the rear of an address on James Street and contacted police.

Patrols were quickly on scene and located the suspect in a shed on the premises attempting to steal tools.

The 32-year-old man from Pennington was arrested and charged with serious criminal trespass and possession of drug equipment.

He has been bailed to attend at the Port Adelaide Magistrates Court on 16 December.
