A man has lost his licence after being caught drink driving.

Just after 8.00pm yesterday, Saturday 6 September, police stopped a Honda station wagon on Claines Avenue, Morphettville for the purpose of a breath test.

It will be alleged the driver, a 27-year-old man from Morphettville on a P2 licence, recorded a blood alcohol reading of 0.105. He was reported for drink driving, issued a six-month immediate loss of licence notice and his car was impounded for 28 days.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
