19 Oct 2026 6:25am

A man has lost his licence after returning a blood alcohol reading more than four times the legal limit at Croydon Park.

About 9.45pm on Saturday 17 October, police stopped a Honda station wagon on Morris Street Croydon Park to conduct a mobile driver test.

The driver, a 49-year-old Croydon Park man, returned a blood alcohol reading of 0.216.

He was reported for drink driving, issued with a 12-month immediate loss of licence notice and the car was impounded for 28 days.

He will be summonsed to appear in court at a later date.
