Crash at Lower Mitcham

About 6.20 am Monday 24 August, emergency services were called to Wattlebury Avenue following reports a pedestrian was struck by a white Mazda ute.

The 59-year-old pedestrian from Kingswood was taken to hospital for treatment, her injuries are not considered life threatening.

The driver of the vehicle, a 79-year-old man from Belair was not injured.

Investigations into the crash are ongoing and investigators are asking anyone who was in the area and witnessed the crash, or who may have dashcam or information that may assist the investigation, to contact Crime Stoppers.
