Two men reported after crash at Burton

12 Jun 2026 6:52am

Police are investigating a crash at Burton in the early hours this morning.

About midnight on Friday 12 June, police and emergency services were called to Barton Crescent, following reports of a crash involving a silver Holden sedan and a grey Holden sedan.

A passenger from the silver Holden was taken to hospital by SA Ambulance Service for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.

Police believe the drivers and vehicles were involved in an earlier incident at Parafield, which then led to an altercation between the two groups at Burton.

Both drivers of the Holden sedans, a 21-year-old man from Salisbury East and a 19-year-old man from Brahma Lodge were reported for aggravated driving without due car and dangerous driving. Both cars were impounded for 28 days.

The people involved are all known to each other and the incident is not considered random.

Anyone who may have witnessed the incident or has any information that may assist is asked to contact Crime Stoppers online at www.crimestopperssa.com.au or call 1800 333 000 – you can remain anonymous.
