TPG Telecom Service Disruption

Some customers of the TPG Telecom network – including Vodafone, iiNet, TPG, Kogan, Felix, Lebara, Lycamobile, etc. are experiencing intermittent network issues. TPG-Telecom recommend that customers restart their device by turning it off and on to restore services.
During the disruption it is expected emergency calls to triple zero (000) will connect for customers who have a voice connection and customers that have no connection to the TPG network will be expected to 'Camp-On' to other carrier networks where available.
If experiencing connection issues please power cycle your device to restore services.
If calls fail we ask callers to seek another device, fixed service or seek assistance from others nearby on alternate networks.
